Shipping

We want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created a shipping process to make your life easy. Please review our policies & procedures and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipping & Handling Prices
We calculate shipping charges by the weight and size of the item(s). To estimate your shipping costs for an item(s), simply add the item to the Shopping Cart and click 'Get Estimates'. The shipping estimate will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before any credit card or personal information is required.

Transit Times
Most orders will arrive in the allotted time you select upon check out though shipping times are estimates only. Expedited orders must be placed before 1PM Eastern Time to be shipped the same day. We do not ship or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. A signature may be required for deliveries. We ship via USPS 

Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

 

Lost or Stolen Orders

At Lumni, we prioritize the prompt and secure delivery of your orders. We understand the importance of receiving your products in a timely manner. To facilitate this, we send shipping confirmations with tracking numbers to your email, allowing you to monitor your order's progress and anticipated delivery date.

However, in the unlikely event that an order is lost, stolen, or misplaced, we regret to inform you that Lumni does not offer refunds, credits, or new shipments. Responsibility for the safe arrival of items lies with the courier service, and we strongly advise customers to contact the courier directly in such case.

It's important to note that courier services maintain comprehensive tracking systems that can confirm the precise delivery location. In rare instances of mis-delivery, the courier service can provide assistance in locating your order.
