Lumni Refund Policy

At Lumni, we’re committed to providing our customers with high-quality skincare products and a satisfying shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned, which is why we have a clear refund policy to ensure transparency and trust.

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition—unopened, unused, and with all seals, packaging, and components intact. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and customer safety, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for items that have been used.

Return Process:

    1. Contact Us: If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

    2. Approval: Our team will review your return request. If your return meets our policy criteria, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

    3. Restocking Fee: Please be aware that a restocking fee of 15% of the item's purchase price will be applied to all returns. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.

    4. Shipping and Return Postage: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In addition to covering the cost of shipping the item back to us, please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

    5. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm its condition. Items that are returned opened, used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund, and the restocking fee will still apply.

    6. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, a refund, minus the restocking fee and any original shipping costs, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exceptions: Please note that sales items are not eligible for returns, returns or exchanges. Sale items are Final Sale.
